Was mich besonders begeistert hat, war das Gespräch auf Augenhöhe. Vom ersten Moment an herrschte ein offenes, respektvolles Miteinander, ohne jeglichen Zwang und ohne unangenehme oder irrelevante Fragen.

Die Atmosphäre war durchgehend herzlich und professionell zugleich. Selbst auf meine kritischeren Fragen als Bewerber erhielt ich ehrliche, transparente und wertschätzende Antworten, die mir ein klares Bild vom Unternehmen vermittelten.

Aus meiner Sicht, und gestützt auf meine eigenen Erfahrungen, ist genau diese Art der Kommunikation der Schlüssel, um talentierte Menschen nicht nur zu gewinnen, sondern auch langfristig für das Unternehmen zu begeistern und zu halten.

Am Ende gab es eine Pizza aufs Haus die ich mit habe schmecken lassen und wusste von dort an, ich will da hin. 😁✌️

I liked how the interviewers were very professional and welcoming. They asked interesting questions that helped me explain my background. It was also helpful to learn more about the team and the position.

Empfang mit offenen Armen

Alles in allem sind die Mitarbeiter/-innen sehr lieb und nett,der Chef hat sehr viel Verständnis und bringt sich überall ein.
In jeder Schicht gibt es immer mal wieder Höhen und Tiefen doch es wird sehr viel miteinander gelacht und jeder stärkt jeden.
Nur manchmal hab ich des Gefühl das jeder manchmal für sich alleine arbeitet.(Mitarbeiter abhängig).Es freut mich sehr das ich,dennoch in der L’Osteria arbeiten darf und es fühlt sich an wie ein zweites zu Hause einfach LA FAMILIA!<3

I've been working as a pasta cook for some months already. Everything is ok as of now.


Entspannte und sympathische Atmosphäre

Das Interview bzw. Kennenlernen hat in sehr schöner Atmosphäre im Restaurant stattgefunden. Die Stimmung war sehr gut und sympathisch. Insgesamt eine sehr gute Entscheidung und ein super Team.
